Research On Cost Control Of A Highway Project Based On Earned Value Method

With the development of China's economy,the investment in highway construction is increasing year by year,which plays a great role in the rapid and smooth development of our national economy.Because of the particularity of highway construction,such as large investment,long construction cycle,high quality requirement and significant environmental impact,it brings higher difficulty for cost control.In addition,the realization of the cost target,schedule and quality goals is the construction in the highway construction period of the three goals,three goals of mutual connection,mutual influence,which is the target cost as one of the goals of the process of highway engineering construction projects in the construction project,related to the whole revenue situation,at the same time the progress of the project is a key project however,now many projects in the control of the cost is often ignored the importance of the progress,or the cost and schedule of separate management,implementation of this project is not conducive to income.How to control project cost and project schedule is a problem to be solved for the best interests of engineering projects.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the method of synchronous control of project cost and schedule into highway engineering project management,so as to promote the improvement of project cost and schedule control level,and enable the highway engineering industry to achieve the goal of cost control.This paper firstly introduces the related theories of project cost control;and then introduces the A highway project cost control status quo and problems of the necessity and feasibility of the application of the "A highway project earned value method";secondly,introduces the application of A highway project earned value method "for the design of cost control in this part,including the principle of" earned value method "and" earned value method "work flow;finally introduced the A highway project" earned value method "cost control application,the A highway project" carried out by making the cost control results with the original management method of comparative analysis,value method found the "earned value method" to control the A highway project cost and achieved good results.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,we know that earned value method can achieve synchronous control of schedule and cost.It is a scientific and reasonable project cost management method that it uses currency volume instead of engineering volume to measure the progress of engineering.
