Nowadays,some bridge construction companies in our country all exist to some extent,overprovision of project cost and squandering of resources so that the final project quality can not be guaranteed.This phenomenon hinders the sound development of bridge construction companies.Therefore,it is very important to control the cost of the project reasonably and efficiently.Its significance is to reduce the cost of the project and to allocate the capital rationally under the premise of guaranteeing the quality and duration of the project and the quantity of the project,which eventually leads to the bridge construction company achieve the goal of maximizing profits.This article chooses Lu Tong bridge company to carry on the research,uses the literature research,the field survey these two kinds of methods,through the comprehensive analysis,discovered this company has many problems in the bridge project cost control,the main problem lies in the project cost management method improve and make the bridge project cost management and schedule control separation,resulting in a number of bridge project completion and settlement of the actual cost far exceeds the budget cost,the project was a loss.If this problem can not be properly solved,it will not only be detrimental to the improvement of the economic efficiency of the company,but also will not increase the competitiveness of the company.Based on a detailed analysis of the cost of the company,the paper suggests relevant suggestions for improvement by reading the literature,summarizing past experiences and considering the actual conditions of the company and bridge projects.Therefore,in this paper,the critical path earned value method is adopted.So that this paper used the critical path of the earned value method,took Shen bridge reconstruction project as an example,through the network chart,the calculation parameters of earned value,cost and schedule deviation,on the critical path,according to the results of cost deviation analysis,and found the root source cost overruns,put forward the following effective measures to reduce the total cost of the project.And further explained that the use of the critical path earned value method,can make the bridge project in the synchronization of cost and progress control,achieved better results,to achieve dynamic measurement during the operation process,And then proves that for construction management of bridge project,the critical path earned value method is a feasible cost-schedule control method,so as to establish a set of management for the company's earned value method based on practical experience process,promotion and application to other projects.
