With the rapid economic development,market competition has become increasingly fierce.Credit-based sales has become a necessary means for companies to increase market share,gain customers,and increase sales revenue.However,the lack of credit risk management also brings a new crisis for the development of enterprises.The default of write-offs and the bad debts of bad debts all seriously threaten the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,credit risk management has become the only way for the healthy development of the company.Only by strengthening the awareness of credit risk management and establishing and improving credit risk management mechanisms can we reduce the unfavorable factors caused by credit sales.Based on the theory of corporate credit risk management,this article first elaborated on the management status of credit risk reimbursement for S-heavy-duty truck companies,and found out that the company's credit risk assessment,choice of credit policy,and credit limit control were based on the current status of the company.There are a series of problems.Second,the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis has changed the company's previous customer credit risk assessment system.Delphi method and AHP method are used to determine the weight of customer credit risk assessment indicators.Quantitative financial indexes are measured using the efficiency coefficient method.The qualitative non-financial indicators are measured using a comprehensive analysis and judgment method,and then combined with the indicator weights.The credit risk assessment was conducted for the customers of S-Heavy Duty Trucks.Finally,combining with the evaluation results of credit risk,the related optimization schemes such as credit policy selection and credit limit control based on customer credit risk evaluation are proposed.And put forward detailed optimization and improvement measures for other problems existing in the enterprise.Strive to optimize the implementation of programs and measures to help S-heavy car companies to better avoid the credit risk in credit sales.The research in this paper is of great significance to help S heavy-duty truck companies improve their current credit risk management status and maintain their sustainable and steadydevelopment.The optimized credit credit risk management plan can help the company more effectively control the credit risk in credit sales and improve the credit risk management of the company.
