As a commodity,electricity plays an important role in people's life.The supply and use of electricity is a process of buying and selling.Electricity is a kind of trade commodity and to product cost money.Power sector provide reliable energy guarantee and power support for the orderly and stable development of the national economy.Power sector as ductility-type units pay more attention to the safety and stability of power supply.The national grid reform is also deepening with the market.Adjustment of electricity price and enterprise employee risk prevention awareness is weak.The recovery management mechanism of electricity charges is not perfect.Supplying electricity enterprise adopts payment in advance of electricity.As one way to resolve the problem about charging the electrical power,with theory of management,the thesis makes a study on the implementation of early warning and evaluation on charge collection risks for power supply company.Because the combined effect of the internal and external factors,tariff recovery has become a difficult problem,which directly impacts on interests of power.Face with the increasingly serious default of electricity charges,power enterprises are in dilemma as to apply problem collection electricity charges according to law.On the basis of the electricity recovery risk and control,power supply company include four first-level indicators and secondary index.To avoid risks in electricity charge,collection and increase inimical profits,it is necessary for power supply enterprise to evaluate charge collection risk,so as to make apprehensive decision.The thesis offers a useful reference to company's future practice of electricity charge collection.
