Research On High Energy Enterprise Developing Strategy Electricity Recovery Risk Management Optimization In Wulanchabu Electric Power Bureau Based On PDCA Theory

Timely and full recovery of electricity charges is the guarantee for the development of electric power enterprises,however,due to the implementation of “first to use electricity,then the payment of electricity”,there is a great risk in recovery of electricity charges.For Electric Power Bureau in Wulanchabu,high energy enterprises electricity users is the main users of electricity,whose electricity consumption accounted for more than 80%.Therefore do a good job of high energy enterprises electricity charges recovery risk management is essential for the sustainable development of Wulanchabu electric power bureau.This thesis applies the PDCA theory to analyze the process and present situation of high energy electricity enterprises electricity charges recovery risk management in Wulanchabu electric power bureau.Then this thesis detects the main problems and puts forward the optimization schemes based on risk management theory.The results of this thesis can change the original post management to prior management,which is very important for the sustainable development of Wulanchabu electric power bureau.At the same time,this thesis can also provide beneficial reference for electricity charges recovery risk management of other domestic electric power enterprise.
