Research On Financing Strategies Of High-tech Start-ups Under The Background Of Internet Finance

High-tech enterprises in the start-up phase,due to the product of a single,small production scale,low profitability of enterprise strength is weak,and the enterprise management system and financial system is imperfect,business is not clear,the development prospects of various types of risk is bigger,the "financing difficulties,financing expensive" have always regarded hinder the further development of high-tech entrepreneurial enterprises "stumbling block".The birth of the Internet financial brought new channels for high-tech entrepreneurial enterprises financing,it will change between financial resources in the state sector and private sector occupies the status quo,to solve the high-tech entrepreneurial enterprises financing difficulties have new hope.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,significance,the research status at home and abroad,and the research content.The second part mainly introduces the concepts and definitions of Internet finance and high-tech start-ups,and expounds the theories used in enterprise financing.The third part elaborates on the financing problems of high-tech start-ups and analyzes the reasons for the problems,and makes SWOT analysis on the use of Internet financing by high-tech start-ups.The fourth part expounds the four factors affecting the financing of high-tech venture enterprises,namely,macro factors,Internet financial factors,enterprise management and development factors,and enterprise credit factors,and decomposes the various factors into multiple dimensions,and then constructs the model of financing influence factors and fifth parts.The design questionnaire,the questionnaire distribution and recovery and recovery,the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the financing of high-tech venture enterprises,analysis of the impact of various factors on the financing of high-tech venture enterprises and put forward the corresponding financing strategies.Through this study,we conclude that under the background of Internet finance,there are macro environmental factors,Internet financial factors,enterprise management and development factors,and enterprise credit factors which affect the financing of hi-tech start-ups under the background of Internet finance.The financing cost is the main influencing factor.In the related factors of enterprise management and development,the financial situation of the enterprise is particularly important,and the credit factor of the enterprise is the main factor.And the financing strategies are given from four aspects: the internal financing based on self accumulation funds,the external financing of equity risk investment,the acquisition of policy bank loans and the use of Internet financial network financing.
