evaluation of the assets depreciation and its value.Evaluation should be comprehensive considered,on the other hand,a variety of evaluation methods,evaluation purpose oriented,all the process of the service for the purpose,which requires the assessors in the assessment will balance sheets,the role of capital assets and evaluation methods,the combination of flexible use of various methods,so as to ensure the final assessment result objective and impartial real at the same time.With the continuous advancement of the socialist cause,the industry of indoor children's paradise will flourish,and the related concepts and theories of asset appraisal.The third chapter mainly introduces and analyzes the present situation of indoor children theme parks in China.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of XX indoor children theme park;In chapter 5,the basic situation of children's theme parks in XX is analyzed in detail,and three different value types are evaluated.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,suggestion and prospect of this paper.
