It is discuss that the importance of the developing organic agriculture is recongnized insufficiently, the investment of developing organic agriculture is scarely, the development of organic agriculture is faced great technological risk and existed somedegree economic risk. While, the smaller scale productive capacity, single in variety, lower quality of scientific and technical of the labour, lower possession of science and technology, lacking of talent with professiona skill, lower dgree of organization of famer, higher expenses of attestation, the market requirement of organic products need perfect, the propagating of organic products is not enough, the "organic consciousness" of enterprises is not strong, and so on. All of them restrict the development of organic agriculture in Henan province.In accordance with the current situation and exist problems in developing of organic agriculture in Henan Province, to develop the organic products, the following measures are necessary, including enhancing the leadship, expliciting the thinking, drawing up the developing plan, enhancing the policy and forstering the capital, lauching the organic agricultural technology reseach, strengthening the dynamic of propagada, elevating the people's recongnize level, speeding up the development of organic agriculture, strengthening the server of informations, spreading the international experience of organic agriculture, enhance fostering the technical person, and so on.
