Research On The Relationship Among Organizational Cultural Identity,Job Stress And Job Satisfaction | | Posted on:2019-06-04 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Li | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2359330545999413 | Subject:Business Administration | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | With the improvement of employees’ knowledge and ability today,employees have a higher pursuit of work.Requirement for work not only satisfies the various needs of survival and material,but also brings psychological satisfaction and happiness to oneself.This puts forward new challenges for today’s corporate and human resource management.Improving employees’ job satisfaction is an important factor in strengthening the stability of a company.Scholars need to explore effective ways to influence employee job satisfaction from all aspects of enterprise management.Based on social identity theory and human-environment matching theory,this paper constructs the relational model of organizational culture identity with job stress as the medium variable and explores whether organizational cultural identity can affect job satisfaction through work stress.This paper takes private grassroots employees as the research object and collects 253 sufficient and effective samples through field and network platforms.After the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are significant differences among variables in different demographic variables.(2)The emotional level,behavioral level and socialization level of organizational culture identity have a significant positive predictive effect on job satisfaction.The cognitive level of organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction.(3)The emotional level of organizational culture identity negatively predicts job stress,while the cognitive,behavior and social levels of organizational cultural identity have no significant effect on job stress.(4)Job stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction.(5)Job stress has an intermediary effect between the cognitive level of organizational culture identity and job satisfaction,and it onlyhas a significant mediating effect between the emotional level of organizational cultural identity and job satisfaction. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | organizational culture identity, job stress, job satisfaction, Mediating model | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
