| With the intensification of competition environment in today’s society, the enterprise wants to exist and develop permanently, it is not enough to just rely on the wisdom of the managers. More and more companies want their employees to produce a stronger organization identity, so as to better achieve the business goals. But most companies do not know how to improve employee’s identity, so that more and more employees not only lose confidence in the enterprise, but also the staff turnover rate is rising. This makes the enterprise pay more attention to improve the employees to the organization’s identity. However, with mutual communication needs between people, enterprises and staffs have gradually formed all kinds of network, especially in employee networks within the organization. Under the influence of these networks, enterprises should how to manage employees, and enhance the sense of identity of the staff. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to study how to improve the organizational identification of the employees in the organization network. At present, the domestic and foreign scholars for the study of organizational identification more focused on the individual or organization factors and so on, but for the social networks and other organizational structure and organizational identification relationship are relatively few.In view of these, based on the existing domestic and international literatures, this paper studies the relationship between network centrality and organizational identification, which is based on the network center as the independent variable and the research object is set to the enterprise. As the intermediary variable, the communication satisfaction from the perspective of employee’s personal self perception combined with social network theory study the influence mechanism of network centrality on organizational identification, and the external motivation of employee’s self perception, which provides a theoretical framework to explain the relationship between network centrality and organizational identification.Through the collection of data and the use of SPSS software analysis, the main conclusions of this paper are:first, there is a significant positive correlation between network centrality and organizational identification. Moreover, network centrality and the three dimensions of organizational identification:cognitive organizational identification, evaluation organization identification, and affective word recognition are positive correlation; second, network centrality and communication satisfaction are positively related. Among them, for the six dimensions of communication satisfaction, network centrality and its three dimensions of these, namely, the overall organizational information, personal feedback and communication environment are significant positive correlation, and the media quality, communication with colleagues, and colleagues communication are not relevant; third, communication satisfaction and organizational identification is a significant positive correlation. Among them, the six dimensions of communication satisfaction and the three dimensions of organizational identification are significant positive correlation; fourth, communication satisfaction plays an intermediary role between network centrality and organizational identification, and it is a partial intermediary role. It also verified that the overall organizational information, personal feedback and communication environment in the network centrality and organizational identification of the three dimensions are intermediary role.The innovation points of this research are as follows:first, the existing researches are based on the individual and organizational factors, but based on the role of organizational identification of employees, the organization of the network relationship variables in the organization seldom studies in the literature. This paper intends to use the network center as the independent variable, to enterprise employee individual as the research object, and to study the relationship between employees within the organization of a concrete analysis of empirical research methods of social network center and organization identity, enriching the research on organizational identification of antecedents and the mechanism of action.Second, the previous studies on the formation mechanism of organizational identity mainly focus on the perspective of social identity theory, social capital theory and so on. From the perspective of social network to study the occurrence mechanism of employee organizational identification is a new direction of the scholars in recent years. This paper tries to study the relationship between the central and organizational identification of employees through the perspective of social network, combined with the relevant research results of the theory of communication satisfaction, from the perspective of employee individual psychological perception to build and test the network center of the impact mechanism model of employee organizational identification. |
