Research On The Project Selection Of Venture Capital

With the development of venture capital in China,Venture capital has become an incubator and catalyst for growth of high-tech companies.The venture capital in our country has developed rapidly in recent years.Especially in the context of China's economic restructuring and deepening financial reforms,China's capital market is constantly improving,the development of venture capital has been blowout.Most of the venture capital investment in small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,screening of venture capital projects has become an important research direction.In order to better play the social benefits of venture capital,to achieve the optimal effect of resource allocation The goal of this paper is to design a set of screening programs that are in line with China's venture-capital high-tech industry venture capital investment projects.The research idea of this paper is to put forward the research content of this article by sorting out the research results at home and abroad.According to the relevant theoretical basis,the high-tech enterprises in the start-up period are selected as research objects.Then according to the analysis of China's current venture capital market,combined with the analysis of the characteristics of venture capital projects.On the basis of summarizing the existing theories and researches,six primary indicators and twenty one secondary indicators were selected to build a relatively complete indicator system.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of related indicators,and uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to conduct comprehensive evaluation.At the end of the article,the author tried to use the cases that were exposed during the internship process to apply to the project constructed in the previous article to test the practical significance of the experimental results.The research results of this paper have two points:First,a set of screening programs that meet the characteristics of China's venture capital investment projects are designed.The program constructs a project screening index system that includes six primary indicators,including the basic qualities of entrepreneurs,team management capabilities,team organization structure,product factors,market factors,and capital factors,and then decomposes twenty one secondary indicators step by.step.ComprehensiveEvaluation of Projects Using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.The second is the screening and evaluation of proposed investment case A.Using the screening evaluation program,the overall score was 6.7685,which was found to be between "general" and "good" according to the score sheet.It shows that the investment value of this project is above the general level,and the feasibility of this project can be considered in the investment.
