This articles is mainly about the strategic research of Korean clothing enterprises entering the Chinese market.The research problem is how to make Korean clothing enterprises enter the Chinese market,how to change the export strategy of clothing enterprises,and thus improve the portion and share of Korean clothing in the Chinese market.The study of this article has practical guiding significance.After an empirical observe and study of the argument of this study,the point of view is proposed that Korean clothing products are fully competitive in the Chinese market,if the garment products are improved to make them more consistent with the characteristics of Chinese consumers,more Korean garments will be exported to the Chinese market than they are now,and this article predicts that this move will increase the sales of clothing industries in China and South Korea.What's more,make the judgment that Korea will bring the epigenetic effect of Chinese consumers.This article,taking Superiority Weakness Opportunity Threats(SWOT)as the main analysis method,summarizes the effectiveness strategy of Korean clothing enterprises into China market through statistical analysis of objective data.This article also combines several classic transnational enterprise theories,on the basis of these theories,the characteristics and market of Chinese clothing are firstly analyzed.In this analysis,Chinese men's clothing,women's clothing,children's clothing and outdoor clothing are taken as the objects of analysis.Then it analyzes the marketing strategy and export strategy of Korean garment enterprises,represented by several Korean enterprises with relatively good development,such as LG fashion,E-LAND,and BASIC HOUSE.Finally,the export strategy is derived through the current situation and profound influence on Korean Garment Enterprises exporting to China market.Through the above research,in order to achieve better access to the Chinese market for Korean garment enterprises,the following strategies can be implemented.Firstly,the localization strategy is implemented according to the different environment of the Chinese market.Secondly,according to the shape difference and the taste of shopping of the Chinese consumers,the corresponding style of clothing is modified and designed.In general,the research of this article will be helpful to Korean clothing enterprises set up appropriate marketing strategies in the large Chinese clothing market,laying a solid foundation for the stable development and brand promotion of Korean clothing enterprises in the Chinese market.
