Study On The Improvement Of C Company's Inventory Control In The Supply Chain Management Environment

With the development of the new energy field,the new photovoltaic(PV)market is expanding,hence causes the rapid development of the auxiliary PV Invertor industry with the growth of domestic demand.Due to relatively low technical threshold,the PV industry has attracted a great amount of new entrants,enterprises increasingly fierce the competition,and a low cost solution to quickly satisfy the market demands becomes a main strategy.Inventory control plays an important part in business operation.An effective inventory control is a critical way to help the industry to reduce the cost,increase financial flows,feedback more quickly to the customers and raise competitive power of the enterprise.Inventory control in the supply chain management environment can more effectively conform the various resource advantages of enterprise nodes,to decrease the bullwhip effect on the supply chain caused by demand fluctuations,upgrade the whole efficiency of the supply chain,reduce the whole inventory level and therefore effectively cut down the cost and increase the enterprise's comprehensive competitive power so as to pale others in the competitive market.This article uses C Company—a private PV Invertor R&D enterprise--as a study subject.This C Company's parent company is a listed firm and has many subsidiary companies.The article firstly summarizes on the supply chain management and the supply chain inventory control;secondly explains the theories of the supply chain management,the supply chain management and outsourcing,demand management and forecasting,traditional inventory control and inventory control in the supply chain management environment.,mainly analyzes the traditional inventory control and the strategy of inventory control in the supply chain management environment,and makes a comparison of the later to find the advantages and disadvantages between these different management.Thirdly,it analyzes on the present conditions of C Company's inventory control and finds out the problems existed.Finally the writer proposes some problem-focused measures to improve C Company's inventory control management.In a word,this study is to offer an effective method to improve C Company's inventory control management and supply a reference for those PV Invertor enterprises' improvement in the supply chain management environment.
