Research On Purchasing And Inventory Cost Control Of ENLOGIC Company

The development of the automobile industry has promoted the booming of auto parts companies.The competition becomes more and more fierce along with market fighting between the domestic brand automobile and the leading enterprises of international automobile market in our country.Reducing inventory and purchasing volume is one of the core ways for Chinese automobile and auto parts companies to acquire competitiveness.Meanwhile,inventory and procurement strategy management is an essential part of corporate management.ENLOGIC company,as an important participant in this industry,is also facing the problem of poor procurement and inventory control.The aim of this paper is to improve the purchasing and inventory co'st control of ENLOGIC company through the research and improvement plan.This article follows the thought of problems' identification,problems' study as well as problems' solution.It introduces the professional theory of purchasing and inventory control at first.On this premise,to analyze ENLOGIC 's internal and external supply chain procurement and inventory control of existing problems through the field investigation method,which points out the problems of complicated internal procurement process,poor communication of purchasing information,lack of strategic vision of stock decision-making,and lack of effective market demand forecast and lack of active maintenance and scientific assessment to suppliers etc.At the same time,making a comprehensive study to the cause of the problems from multiple levels.Based on the successful project of global famous automobile manufacturers and combined with the actual situation of ENLOGIC company,the paper follows up relevant research methods,such as Analytic Hierarchy Process,the method of Smoothing Index and the ABC classification management method etc.,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures to ENLOGIC company's problems from the purchasing price,inventory cost and transaction cost.There are both great theoretical significance and a certain guiding significance for the development of ENLOGIC company.
