There are a lot of scholars who have studied the customer satisfaction and customer repurchase behavior,but most of them are still in the static stage,which means they do not consider the influence of time dimension.This paper focuses on the research of the relationship between the smart phone bought customers' satisfaction and the time changes.What's more,this paper uses the concept of customers' lasting perception,and propose the concept of human-computer interaction from several dimensions of economic value,functional value,emotional value,social value change mechanism of customers' perception.After that,this paper continues to explore the effects of customers' interaction on their satisfaction and lasting perception.Finally,this paper proposes the assumption based on the research model,and to verify it through empirical analysis.Through the questionnaires,using software of SMART PLS 3.2 to analyze the date of questionnaire survey,verify that the lasting customer perceived value is the main factors influence on customer continues satisfaction's change and rebuying behaviors.Interaction can promote the customer lasting perceived value,customer satisfaction and loyalty.Social interaction in the current environment have no influence on the customer continuous perceived value and satisfaction,but can promote repurchase rate.In addition,the study shows that the general level of customer satisfaction can't drive customer repurchase behavior.
