With the continuous development of movable media technology, the cell phone, as a portable media, has developed from the simple mobile phone into multi-function smart palm information terminal, which gradually displays the outstanding advantages in all the aspects like people’s life, recreation, study and so on, comparing to the traditional media, even the internet. Great deals of software appear among the operating system platforms of the mainstream smart phones. And the application software involving life and commercial information forecast and create a new mode of advertisement marketing and culture communication with the aid of phone applications. With the rapid popularization and the further understanding of the smart phone, the potential development of the movable media in the future is beyond measure.However, the advertisement marketing, based on the software shop and operating system of smart phones, still face numerous,problems and difficulties such as, incompatible applications among each operating system, deficient in market and legislation supervision, the disorder of application development, the short term of advertisement life cycle, and the scattering of receivers. Thus, in order to adapt the technology progress, the current advertisement-marketing mode should be adjusted and improved.First, this paper will be based on the current state of development of the smart phone, from the perspective of the Communication and marketing functions of their advertising and marketing analysis, advertising and marketing effects and potential of focusing on the classification of smart phone applications, based onmarketing strategy. Secondly, the basis of the mobile network of advertising and marketing analysis for the audience, advertisers and mobile operators suggest improvements. Finally, for the current smart phones to assess the impact of the consumption environment and the advertising market and pointed out that the existence of hidden dangers and solutions.This article will examine the commodity promotion various modes of use of smart phones, and the possible future of mobile advertising and marketing strategies and methods.
