| With the development of the global economy,the international operation of companies of all countries has entered a new stage,which develops from passive compliance to active innovation.In addition to some rules that must be followed,under this premise,companies in various countries gradually begin to develop governance systems that are compatible with themselves,can manage more efficiently and more appropriately,so that they can be able to internationalize.Better to stand in the world economy.Softbank group has an unique international strategy and constantly readjusted its own industrial layout with the virulent,development investment vision of its CEO sun and its management team,making Softbank group gradually become an important multinational group in the international market.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this article,combs the relevant literatures and summarizes them,analyzes the current situation of international operation of multinational corporations,and focuses on the international operation of Softbank Group.This paper analyzes the important events,characteristics and international environment of soft bank group’s internationalization,and analyzes the internationalization measures taken by soft bank group’s internationalization by analyzing the motivation and SWOT of the enterprise’s internationalization.Finally,according to the analysis of the internationalization operation of Softbank Group,this paper compares the internationalization status and problems of the relevant industries in China,that is,the telecommunications industry,and provides some suggestions and opinions for the internationalization of Chinese telecommunications enterprises. |
