As we all know,the vitality of the market comes from people.The development of enterprises needs high-quality talents as a support,and the special characteristics of foreign trade enterprises determine that internationalized talents will inevitably become the human capital that they compete for.The increasing competition between enterprises in order to gain a place in the international arena,coupled with the change in the public's concept of leaving and changing jobs under the new era of market-oriented employment mechanisms,has led to an increasingly serious loss of talents in foreign trade enterprises.For the enterprise loyalty management brings great challenge.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore how to strengthen the management of international talents loyalty in foreign trade enterprises.This paper analyzes the influence of personal factors,enterprise factors and external environmental factors on the loyalty(normative loyalty,emotional loyalty,continuous loyalty)of international talents of foreign trade enterprises through the combing of relevant documents and questionnaires and interviews.Among them,personal factors include six basic factors such as gender,age,academic qualifications,position,length of service,and nature of work;Enterprise factors include enterprise development,leadership factors,participation in management,organizational identity,work itself,promotion and development.External environmental factors,including market-oriented employment mechanism,government support and other two basic factors.Through variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the most significant factors that affect the loyalty of international talents in foreign trade enterprises are finally determined,and the factors that affect the influence of normative loyalty,emotional loyalty,and continuous loyalty are analyzed in detail.Finally,based on the above summary and analysis of the factors that influence the loyalty of international talents of foreign trade enterprises,and the characteristics of international talents of foreign trade enterprises,this article aims at the personal factors,enterprise factors,and external environmental factors that affect loyalty from the perspective of foreign trade enterprises.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for training international talents of foreign trade enterprises are put forward.It has positive effect and great significance to enhance the loyalty of international talents of foreign trade enterprises,and to retain and cultivate the outstanding talents of enterprises.
