With the slow-down development of the global economic.Chinese economic structural adjustment,industrial upgrading industries and the corresponding consumption upgrade,but we are faced with an average annual growth rate of global traditional industrial productivity decreased from 5%to 1%.GE's plan is to make industrial digital at the same time,but it's still unknown whether GE could maintain a competitive advantage,and promote the industry productivity regain vitality.In China,the government advocated "Internet plus" and "China manufacturing 2025" are mentioned for the future of intelligent digital imagination,which is the Chinese government to implement manufacturing power strategy of the first ten years of the program of action.GE gets an excellent opportunity to digitize the industry in china.It can meet the General Electric in China for its industrial upgrading needs,can also make the industry of digital products for the Chinese to solve many practical problems.That means not only to consolidate the leading position in the manufacturing industry,but also have a good social and economic benefit.Although foreign investment has been decreasing,domestic private enterprises have also risen,but GE is undoubtedly one of the leading enterprises in industrial digital.So how to make GE's influence in China continue to expand,and how to get advantage in the fierce and fresh industrial digital competition,we must use the correct development strategy.This is also one of the research topics of GE Corp.In this thesis,the development of strategy theory and the latest research results are summarized,then the general situation of GE and the industrial electrical China digital business applications are introduced,at the same time using the PEST analysis of general electric digital business macro environment in China,and the Potter five competitive forces model to analyze the industry competition environment.And then combine with GE digital business status to get the conclusion of the current main problems:its products system,its price system,and the lack of Internet gene and the problem of talent cultivation system.And then using the market research analysis,SWOT analysis and STP strategy analysis methods,further determine "industrial digital" business development strategy,differentiation strategy.Finally,the strategy implementations were discussed,including the corresponding security measures.Sum up experience,and find shortage,and put forward improvement methods,in order to do the better plan and promotion of industrial digital business for the long-term development of the industry.In a word,GE will become the market leader,and create a new blue ocean market by the digital business.
