Taking taiyuan railway passenger as the background,in view of the industry development needs,people travel essential requirements as well as the problems existing in the development of industries and enterprises,based on the theory of service strategy,analysis of taiyuan railway passenger in the external environment opportunities and threats of strengths,weaknesses,and in the enterprise internal environment by using PEST analysis,porter five models,capacity analysis and SWOT analysis method,to determine the type of taiyuan railway passenger is now in reverse phase,and combined with the aim of the company,the strategic target,make different service strategy.A total of eight chapters in this paper,according to the framework of this paper can be a score of three parts,the first part of theory research is put forward and problems in this paper,the introduction and research were reviewed.Mainly introduces the background of selected topic,research purpose and meaning,and thesis framework and research methods and the stage of strategic management and strategic analysis tools.The second part is the analysis of the problems,this article is the focus of this article,namely the taiyuan railway passenger's own situation,internal and external analysis.Combined with development of industry and enterprise,through the PEST,porter five,capacity analysis and SWOT analysis tools,to the enterprise internal and external environmental analysis and the analysis conclusion.The third part is how to solve the problem in this paper,that is,through the analysis of making service strategy,the implementation of strategy and strategy implementation.
