With the development of mobile communication technology,4G era has been gradually upgraded to 4G+.China Mobile is the leader of the 2G era.In the 3G and 4G times,for some reasons,the leading edge continues to shrink.As the main business type of mobile communication enterprises in 4G+ era,package marketing is directly related to the growth prospects of enterprises.Zhejiang Jinhua Mobile Corporation in recent years,in the 4G+ era,take a variety of measures to actively promote the package marketing,and achieved some success,but there are also some problems.In order to better guide Zhejiang Jinhua mobile 4G+ era package business marketing,this paper based on the market environment analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods,the company set up the package business marketing research.After research,the main conclusions are as follows:Overall,Zhejiang Jinhua mobile package marketing both opportunities and threats,and the company's internal strengths and weaknesses coexist.Through the analysis of the demand of Jinhua mobile set market,we know the actual demand of consumers for the package products,prices,promotions and services.At the same time,analysis of the Jinhua mobile package products in the shortcomings of the consumer demand to meet,including product personalized color is not enough,the network channel experience is poor,users are not satisfied with the quality of service,the promotion plan for the weak.Finally,from the optimization of product mix strategy,differentiated pricing strategy,the design of more appropriate promotional strategies,improve service experience and other aspects of marketing recommendations.At the same time,from the perfect organization and incentive mechanism,improve the service mechanism,the integration of various marketing resources and other aspects,put forward specific protection suggestions.
