Lean production is a new mode of production that birth from Toyota in Japan after single mode and mass production. Lean's "fine"means less investment, and "benefit" means more output. At its core is through the establishment of a highly flexible and efficient production systems to reduce waste encountered in the production process. It represents the development direction of the manufacturing sector that is now known as the twenty-first century standards for manufacturing production.Toyota company is the role model and representative on Lean production. With many global enterprises to study Toyota production model and apply accordingly, many of the problems encountered in the process of implementing, it is difficult to effectively implement. The problem is how to apply and promote effectively the lean production to be truly in reducing effectively manufacturing costs and improving product quality and timely delivery that has been placed in front of FT Company's management.In addition these problems is existing in electronic manufacturing operations in the current process of widespread and have some representation.To research and resolve them is not only important for FT company on further development but also hope to provide some new ideas on lean production implementation of operations management in manufacturing industry.The basis of thesis research is from the current literature and relevant theoretical data.To study actual application of Lean production in FT company with the theory of lean thinking and lean tools. To deeply analyse current situation of Lean production in FT company with combining advanced theory and utility method. To provide solution for these current issues with using he theory with practice and professional tools of lean production, and list some reference suggestions on Lean production implementation. Finally using summarized method to point out Lean production implementation is gradual process that like climbing. There is not perfect solution exist in Lean production, only effective implementation.Enterprise should have enough patience and perseverance to face the process of Lean transformation.Lean production should be a continued improvement.Also pointed out the existing deficiencies that needs to be further exploration.
