| At present,lean production is an advanced of production methods.Achieve an obvious result,becoming one of the most important methods of production management in manufacturing that will raise the competition of the industry very fast.So that various companies are applying to this methods.Based on S.J Screwthai.co.,LTD as an example in order to deal with the challenge of volume decrease,profit decline and competition for enterprise,the solution of the value stream analysis and lean improvement is put forward.According to the description of lean production and value flow chart,this thesis draws the current value stream map of the sample enterprise—a Thailand thread nut enterprise.The current value stream map takes field investigation and the operation time measured by the stopwatch as original foundation.Aiming at the problems such as waste,bottleneck and others that come from the value flow chart analysis,a series of lean production tools are applied for optimization,such as site management,work process optimization and standardization operation.After drawing the optimized value stream map,the comparison and analysis of the value stream map before and after optimization are carried out.This is a validation of value stream map and lean improvement tools,as well as the effect of enterprise promotion and eliminate waste.In addition,this thesis provides a reference model for enterprises in the development of the valley when they implant lean production for efficiency and competitiveness.As the results from this thesis applying lean production in S.J Screwthai.co.,LTD.The future state value streaming mapping can be concluded as a following;the production cycle time is reduced by 29%,the machine changeover time is reduced by 24.87%,the work in process is reduced by 54.76%,and the value-added rate is increased by 56.50%.These would reduce the cost of the products,strengthen the power of production,increase the company's market competitiveness effectively and continuous development. |
