Ltd is now on a high-speed development stage,whether the company has a strategy or not and how to execute thestrategy plays a key role in the process of its development. In this article,you will know about the development process of Chinese autoenvironments and the internal resources of Chery, and by means of SWOTanalysis, you will see the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threatfaced by Chery. What's more, the writer puts great emphasis on theanalysis of the across-culture strategy management, brand strategy,product strategy, globalization strategy, competition strategy, value-chainstrategy ,etc.Chery is still a middle-sized company with an independent brandname, however, it has gotten great success in a very complex conditionsin China, the reason of it resulted from the correct execution of Chery'sstrategy.
