With the development of internationalized businesses,China's petrochemical industry needs continuous business upgrades.In particular,many domestic petrochemical companies with design institutes are in urgent need of transition.At the same time,fierce market competition makes more and more senior leaders realize that post management is the foundation and core of human resource management."Organizing follow-up strategy",organizational structure serves business development.As a superstructure supporting business strategy,the adjustment of organization(and/or department setting)should be matched with the company's strategic planning and business model.Post management is based on the company's vision and strategic goals.It builds a corresponding management model based on the company's philosophy of promoting culture and values,assists the company's human capital management,and is committed to organizing business management and value enhancement while embodying employees' Personal value contribution.As a planning and design institute,A petrochemical company is like many design institutes that have successfully transformed into engineering companies in China.In the process of business upgrading,it not only faces the choice of basic direction or path,but also faces human resource management,especially job management issues..In 2017,after completing the integration of assets and business,A petrochemical company formally launched the internal management integration of the two former companies,Q Chemical Engineering Co.,Ltd.(Jinan)and W Engineering Co.,Ltd.(Qingdao)in petrochemical engineering..Among them,personnel integration and human resources management system integration have become one of the focuses of internal management integration.At present,petrochemical engineering has initially established three professional career development channels and job hierarchies within the framework of the head office,including basic professional technology,project management,and operation and management.It is imperative that scientific,mature,and complete job value assessments be carried out to improve career development channels.Establish matching promotion evaluation criteria,compensation adjustment programs and performance management system.This article is based on job analysis,job matching,and job theory,but also uses a combination of interviews and questionnaires.Through the collation and qualitative analysis of interviews and the statistical and quantitative analysis of the questionnaire data,A Petrochemical Company was assigned.The existing post management problems in the Financial Management Department are optimized and implemented in the transition period for the existing problems.Through the comprehensive application of literature research,text analysis,interviews,and SPSS,the post management optimization plan of the financial management department is obtained.The analysis results include five dimensions of job characteristics(job autonomy,feedback,skill diversity,work synergy,and task integrity),job matching single dimensions,and job performance levels.Through the verification and control of the reliability and validity of the questionnaires before optimization,on the basis of this,the correlation analysis,paired T-test,and regression analysis after optimizing the position management problems of the financial management department were combined to conclude that the optimization plan for the study Improving the work performance of the financial management department by improving the work autonomy,feedback,skill diversity,work synergy,task integrity,and post matching of the staff of the financial management department,but the effect is not significant;considering that due to this In the survey,the sample size of China Non-Financial Management Department was too high,and some sample sizes were familiar with the financial management department's situation at or below the general level.Therefore,the impact of this factor on the overall result feedback of the sample and the control deviations were analyzed.Although the effect improvement is not significant,it is in line with the actual position management of A petrochemical company,and the analysis result indirectly shows that the optimization has certain implementability.
