Research On Industrial Chain Upgrading Based On Social Capital

At present,for the problems of uncoordinated development and low efficiency of China's aluminum industry chain,the country has successively introduced a number of industrial policies to promote its balanced development,and the upgrading of the aluminum industry chain has received increasing attention.As far as the current research is concerned,the results are mostly concentrated on the macro-policy or the meso-coordinating coordination mechanism's research level,and the micro-level research is not thorough enough.The promulgation of the national aluminum industry policy and the development of the aluminum industry will ultimately be implemented in aluminum enterprises.Therefore,from the perspective of microcosmic social capital,the paper will upgrade the aluminum industry chain as a research orientation and can propose the development of the aluminum industry chain in China.Targeted research directions.This article first systematically reviews the literature on the variables involved in the article,then proposes hypotheses and builds theoretical models on social capital(independent variables),knowledge acquisition(intermediary variables),and industrial chain upgrading(dependent variables)in conjunction with relevant literature.Social capital can be divided into social capital structure dimension,social capital relationship dimension and social capital awareness dimension,etc.;for knowledge acquisition measurement,the article considers from explicit knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition;industrial chain upgrade measures On the one hand,the dimension is the production efficiency of the company,and on the other hand,it is the market share of new products.The most important thing is that the company obtains higher value-added links in the value chain.Based on related theories and combining domestic and international mature scales to design a questionnaire,first conduct a small-scale sample questionnaire test,then modify the questionnaire to conduct a large sample questionnaire,collate and summarize the data obtained from the interview,first make a descriptive statistical analysis,and then use the statistics The analysis software performs empirical analysis on the data,including reliability analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis,and validates the theoretical models and assumptions of the article.Finally,draw empirical conclusions and propose countermeasures against existing problems.This paper collects 216 effective questionnaires from Suixi County Economic Development Zone and analyzes them.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a positive correlation between the structural dimension of social capital and knowledge acquisition,but the relationship dimension of social capital.The assumption that there is a positive correlation between cognitive dimensions and knowledge acquisition has not been verified.(2)Knowledge acquisition plays a positive role in upgrading the industrial chain.(3)There is a positive correlation between the various dimensions of social capital and the upgrading of the industrial chain.(4)Knowledge acquisition,as an intermediary variable,plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of social capital on the upgrading of the industrial chain.(5)The characteristics of companies such as gender,age,education,and the scale of the company's senior leadership played a role in the upgrading of the industry's industrial chain.
