In the manufacturing enterprise information construction process,usually need to meet the actual needs of enterprises to introduce enterprise resource management system(ERP)and match hardware system,and in fact more important is:how to effectively manage these hardware and software systems,so that they can really serve the management of the enterprise,employees and customers,to play the desired performance,so as to help enterprises achieve competitive advantage.To help enterprises improve the effectiveness of hardware and software systems,we must establish a good IT service management system to improve the level of enterprise information,thereby enhancing market competitiveness.A elevator manufacturing company(hereinafter referred to as "A company")is a world famous elevator manufacturing company in China subsidiary,since entering the 21st century,by the housing market reform brought about by the vigorous development of the real estate industry,to the A company’s business has brought rapid growth,although A company in the information construction’s software and hardware continue to increase investment,but because of the enterprise’s IT service management system construction is lagging behind,resulting in A company in information construction’s investment and return seriously disagree.This paper first gives a brief overview of the concepts,development history and best practices of IT service management theory.Then,through the actual research of Company A,we carefully sort and analyze Company A’s IT service management system construction and IT service management process deployment.And then through the analysis of A company’s market competition strategy to determine the A company’s IT service management strategy,and then from the IT service team’s organizational structure,organizational goals,quality standards and IT service management processes and other aspects.Finally,in the practical work to practice the relevant optimization strategy,and through the business IT service customer satisfaction survey results to verify the actual optimization effect.
