Research On The Improvement Of Operating Efficiency Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Information Technology

Globalized information technology revolution is engulfing the entire world since the 21st century.Along with the introduction of industry 4.0,most of countries have raised the technology development to an unprecedented level.Against this background,the policy of“National Information Planning for the 13^th Five-Year Plan”and“Made in China 2025”are marks the Information technology will become the key impetus to promote the development of economic and social,and it also reflects the deep integration of industrialization and informatization.It will be the integrant way of transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises in China.In traditional manufacturing enterprise,most of company are facing more manual operations,low communication efficiency,business process are not standardized,and low level of automation.With the higher and higher quality requirement of automotive parts in the industry,higher management level also required in auto parts enterprise,which are including achieving full quality traceability,production process transparency,real-time information interaction and so on.The introduction and integration of new information technology into actual business process will be the most effective solution to achieve those management goals and to achieve the target of interconnection of information among different business processes,system integration development,data integration and so on can be implemented step by step.For traditional manufacturing enterprise,informationization construction is not only a change of system framework in company,it is also a key innovation of enterprise management mode.Group B is a large multination enterprise with a history of more than 100 years.The main products of group B is auto part.This thesis found the root cause of operation problem in company through the operation process analysis by considering the information we collected from the investigation from different business depts.Aiming at those problems,a set of informatization solution is constructed to solve the problems in the operation process.This thesis identified the facing operation problem in B Group by using the method of critical success factors?CSF?,which are including the low working efficiency caused by much more manual operation,communication barriers between enterprise and customer,information asymmetry between different business processes and so on.In order to solve these problems,this thesis puts forward the construction scheme of informatization management,it also includes the architecture and combination of detailed information system platforms,and the plan of implementation.Besides,this thesis also propose the guarantee system of the implementation of informationizaition strategy of group B by considering the information planning management,capital investigation and talent building,organization system and risk prevention.Through the research of information management,make the information among different business processes can be interconnected in group B.Integrating the advanced information management concept into the operation management of enterprise,to achieve the production automation,intellectualization,digitalization of decision-making.Ultimately,promote the achievement of enterprise strategic development goals.Meanwhile,the research also can provide the reference to related industries or even entire manufacturing industry on information management.
