At the present stage,the solar energy industry is booming,and the application of solar energy is more and more extensive.The cost of solar energy product is mainly the cost of component materials,it's accounting for 80%of the cost of the entire solar energy,and it is a key factor in the profitability of the enterprise,so it is very meaningful to study the cost of solar components.The cost of solar modules is made of battery sheets and five main materials(back panel,EVA,glass,junction box,aluminum frame).These materials are not the same in the supply chain and the manufacturing process,so how to optimize and manage these materials Supply system,production process control,manufacturing process,etc.determines the cost of each solar component material.Company A is a solar photo-voltaic company listed on NASDAQ.In recent years,the high component costs,restricted the company A profit growth and further development.In the whole component cost,the cost of materials is more problematic,compared with other solar companies in the industry,the cost is significantly higher,so this article should be in-depth study of A company's material management system and supply chain system,and analyze of how to reduce component material costs.In this paper,the current situation of component material cost of A company is analyzed,and the reason of high cost of material is analyzed by comparative analysis,factor analysis and activity cost analysis.Finally,using product value theory,design theory,production management theory and material procurement management theory and other knowledge to propose a solution.This paper can help company A in the process of manufacturing solar modules in the cost of decline,improve competitiveness,and also for the same type of solar companies to provide a certain reference value.
