Solar water heater which brings significant energy efficiency to enterprise, withmature technology, become more and more popular in market in recent years. Butthe lack of a quantitative analysis and prediction of its economy, so the enterprisemust have a quantitative understanding of the project to carry on the effectivemanagement of the system. To solve this problem, this paper assess the value of hotwater system takeing shilin hotel.design and implementation for example with thehelp of Yunnan Defan Green Technology company. Based on the work,I carried outthe following research:(1) Investment risk of the solar hot water system is difficult to directlymeasure in non-listed company. Takeing advantage of information market feedback,we shoud firstly calculate the system risk of solar energy listed Corporation, thenestimate the system beta value β, The results show that:the liability component β of1.275.(2) Necessary guerdon rate of project, beta value β calculated by the first step,long-term bond interest rate is regarded as the risk-free rate, GDP (9.8%) growth rateis regarded as the average market rate of return, Chinese long-term bank loan interestrate is6.55%, the liabilities rate of hotel assets is36.6%. The results show that: thenecessary guerdon rate of solar water system occupied funds is11.58%, the weightedaverage cost of capital is9.14%.(3) Through the actual operation of the system status, the system can save137798yuan a year, pay more income tax34450yuan than before, the carbondioxide emission reduction,the sulfur dioxide emission reduction,dust emissionreduction respectively are124T/a,1T/a,0.5T/a. The net cash flow aftertax(relative fuel boiler water system save expenses) is111460yuan, the net presentvalue of solar hot water system after tax is239315yuan, the after-tax dynamicrecovery period is5.60years; the after-tax internal rate of return is19.73%.(4) Through the analysis of the DuPont, the net interest rate is27.37%. the result of the sensitivity analysisis: the installation of solar water heating system brought byfrom the original oil-fired boiler hot water system net interest rate of net interestrates sensitivity of1.57%is the highest, the loan interest rate sensitivity of only0.19%is the lowest. Research on the system, hot water yield the breakeven point toreach39709tons, more than39709tons to be profitable.
