| With the increasing appealing of energy saving and emission reduction, distributed energy system(DES) develops gradually in natural gas available areas as its environmentally-friendly. High and New Technology Industrial Park in New City of Kunming (HNTIPNCK) employs distributed electricity boilers and oil burning boilers with high energy consumption and expensive cost. Establishing solar-diesel complemented DES instead of distributed electronic boilers and oil burning boilers in HNTIPNCK complies with the principles of cyclic economy and sustainability, improves environmental benefit and reducts the fuel cost.By pure calculation method to optimize the multi-objectives linear model for tens and thousands of times by GNUplot, VB software and the analysis on the investment, revenue and maintenance cost of wind energy,solar energy and fossil energy projects. The profit to investment can be up to 0.3-0.35 which is lower to 0.39-0.48 after added environmental benefit into revenue. The thesis get relationship of profit to investment ratio and energy configuration, drew a conclusion that DES especially solar-diesel complementary system has great potential of energy saving and pollution reduction in HNTIPNCK.Complied with the principles of parabolic trough solar thermal technology, experiment in open area simulated the water preheat process in sunny day and found out the best condition for experiment by changing the oil flow and water flow in cloudy day and sunny day.The heat collection per second can be up to 261.56J in sunny days which is lower to 171.61J in cloudy days under best experimental conditions. The temperature of water can be heated up upon 80 degree, which supply basic datas for simulation of vaporization process in the next step.Analyzing the power generation efficiency, heat supply efficiency, jacket water heat loss ratio,efficiency of heat recovery steam generator and proportion of solar energy power generation of internal combustion engine DES and solar-diesel complemented DES, the energy consumption, primary energy ratio,energy saving and emission reduction potential can be calculated and discussed in HNTIPNCK with GNUplot sofeware. The solar-diesel complemented DES can reduct CO2, SO2, NO2 for 186624.53-201012.82t,593.43-652.14t,516.63-567.75t in 2010,432072.82-469700.07t,1435.91-1523.84t,1220.36-1326.63t in 2015 and 968989.59-1097490.62t,3143.67-3560.56t,2736.84-3099.78t in 2020 respectivelly.Barriers and bottlenecks in HNTIPNCK such as synchronization and pricing mechanism at home and abroad were discussed in the end of the thesis.The thesis also proposed the expectation and advance of the experiment as well as the project. |
