A Special Investigation Report Of The 1.6 Billion Credit Business Of Fuhai Group

Since credit business has been very important to the commercial banks,it is necessary to make a credit decision scientifically and accurately.The credit investigation report is an important basis for commercial banks' policy-making and it also plays an important role in risk controlling.At present,from the perspective of commercial banks,there are only few literature of survey reports focusing on groups' credit research.This paper takes the 1.6 billion credit business as the survey respondent,on the basis of relevant theory and literature,using the credit investigation 5P theory,Harvard Analysis Framework and commercial banks' credit operating procedures and guidelines to analyze the basic situation,financial and non-financial situation after investigating the group and targeted credit enterprise in detail.The conclusion is that the credit business is feasible.The paper analyzes the credit risks in the investigation and proposes suggestions accordingly.Also the survey can provide some practical reference for other credit investigation afterwards.
