| In the current business strategy reform and economic context of globalization,as China’s restrictions "Three consumption","limited Drinking" raised our high-end liquor industry is facing greater challenges,product and brand competition is no longer limited the domestic market,how to change the development model,to develop a market-leading strategic development goals has become the most important issue of domestic liquor enterprise survival and development to be studied.The biggest feature of the Harvard Analytical Framework is that it analyzes enterprises’ financial situation from the perspective of strategic decision,so that managers can pay more attention to the sustainable development of enterprises instead of business performance in the short-time.This paper chooses China’s liquor industry veteran advantages on behalf of enterprises in Guizhou Maotai Group(referred to as the "Guizhou Maotai")as an example,its 2010--2014 annual financial statements for the analysis of the basic object,based on a strategic level to understand the financial health of the company and Operating results.Through this study,the author found Guizhou Maotai Group exists poor inventory management,profitability is not strong,R & D investment insufficient restricting business development issues.Finally,from the extension of the brand connotation,accelerating technological innovation,expand sales channels,strengthen cost control and improve corporate governance and other aspects of the deployment of five new proposals development strategy. |
