| To survive and develop in the competition for oil service industry,strengthening cost management and reducing costs in every possible way are very important.At present,Shengli oilfield has entered the later stage development.The maintenance cost of a well is higher then before.How to deal scientifically to reduce the cost of well-repairing effectively has become to be a serious problem for oil production plants of Shengli Oilfield.In this paper,DongXin Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield is taken as an example to discuss the importance of downhole operation cost control.Then the problems in cost control of downhole operation in DongXin Oil Production Plant and the influencing factors of cost control are also pointed out.In the end,the improvement measures to control the operation cost of DongXin Oil Production Plant are put forward. |
