In recent years,as China's reform and opening up in a sustained and in-depth development,the domestic banking industry in the business category,business scale and so on have a certain degree of development.In all the business of commercial bank competition gradually cruel today,in order to be able to stand out in such a fierce competition in the industry,commercial banks are in the management of performance appraisal were round and round the perfection and improvement to can through the implementation of effective performance appraisal management,develop and perfect the performance appraisal mechanism,so as to improve the commercial bank internal from the top to the performance level of each basic level,and to enhance the competitive advantage of commercial banks,in business development and team management is better than its peers of other competitors,accelerate the commercial banks overall strategic development as soon as possible.How to maintain a lasting competitiveness in the banking industry,is an important issue for every commercial bank.In realizing strategic objectives in the process of commercial banks,performance management in commercial banks in the development plays a and its key role,effective performance management approach to the development of commercial banks will also bring huge benefits.Therefore,how to construct a perfect commercial bank staff performance appraisal system and mechanism has become particularly urgent,in the process of building will encounter various problems.To solve these problems through combining domestic and foreign related theories and actual case and our country commercial bank's actual situation,comprehensively improve the discussion and the research.According to the related theories at home and abroad of performance management in commercial bank were analyzed and reviewed in this paper,using the comparative analysis method,literature research method and hierarchical analysis method,first of all,the foreignand domestic commercial bank performance management history and the background were systematically analyzes and summarizes.Secondly,by combining the performance management of the definition and objectives of management theory,strategic management theory and capital preservation three theory,and theoretical basis for performance management in commercial bank has carried on the analysis and the summary,also from four aspects of performance management in commercial bank as were summarized.Again analysis and comparison of the economic value added performance appraisal system,key performance indicators system and the balanced scoring card evaluation system of three kinds of assessment methods,through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods,through the combination of theory and practice,combined with the experience of domestic and foreign commercial banks performance management and current China Construction Bank Bank of Qingdao Development Zone Branch of the current situation of performance management,analysis of performance management in the branch of guiding ideology,organization of the division of labor and the main content and analysis summarizes the problems existing in the Construction Bank of China Qingdao Development Zone Branch of performance management.Put forward the way to solve the problems,combined with some measures to solve the problem according to the strategic goal of Qingdao Development Zone Branch of China Construction Bank,designed to build a on Balanced Score Card as the main body,and the performance appraisal system of coupling key performance indicators evaluation method(KPI),and combine financial indicators and non-financial indicators,assessment results and process indexes,Qingdao Development Zone Branch of China Construction Bank operations and long-term development goals of the unity.Thereafter,with the help of the key performance indicators(KPI)of balanced score card customers,financial,learning growth and internal flow index layers of decomposition,the Pareto principle and branch employees at all levels of questionnaire survey of assessment indicators completed design weight meter,will design the performance appraisal system and branch of the actual development of combination,with certain practical significance.Finally,in order to achieve the successful development and effective use of performance management of Qingdao Development Zone Branch of China Construction Bank,this paper puts forward fivemeasures to ensure the security of the proposed.The purpose of this study not only for commercial banks to design a set of performance management evaluation model,also pointed out that the implementation of the necessity and feasibility of effective performance management for commercial banks to develop,from the point of view of commercial bank strategy affirmed the performance management plays an important role in the commercial banks in the future on the city field.
