Research On The Oil Drilling Cost Analysis And Influencing Factors

Drilling engineering is the key to the exploration and development of oil and natural gas,which relates to a long working period,complex technical requirement and huge cost of manpower,financial resources and material resources,and the drilling engineering investment ratio occupies one-third of the oilfield investment.Drilling cost is various complex projects,what is the focus of the cost management? What are the factors that affect the cost? To answer these questions need study drilling cost in detail.Most of the current study of drilling cost based on qualitative analysis,based on accounting classifications to consider factors such as price for cost forecast,but this lack of accuracy and objectivity.In this paper,I used the data mining method exploratory,analyzed the drilling cost from the data internal rules.Firstly,this paper processed drilling cost general quantity analysis,calculated the drilling cost project composition proportion,found the focus of drilling cost management.Then broke the traditional accounting classification,used the method of hierarchical clustering to divide all the cost projects into three categories: auxiliary,maintain and promote according to the data inherent law.And then determined the main factors influencing the drilling cost,proceeded correlation test between all kinds of cost and influencing factors,renamed classification cost for: quota cost which is unchanged,time cost which is mainly related to well construction cycle,well depth cost which is mainly related with the well depth.On the base of classification,using the method of stepwise regression,I established regression model between time cost,well depth,the total cost and well depth,well construction cycle.The validity test proved that the regression equation is reliable and reasonable.Finally,promoted the drilling cost management suggestions.
