There are a lot of characteristics of construction projects that much more different from other projects. The requirements of the people for the environment, society and technology with the construction projects are higher and higher. Thus, take attention to the theory of life cycle cost, the research on the construction design projects and decision-making to the to-be and choose development, would be with a important theoretics and realism meanings.The mostly content and innovation of this textual are:1,Investigate and analyse the development of life cycle cost on developed country, conclude the primary experience. Summarize the theory of life cycle cost in our country,looking forward to the way of future development;2,Make out the summary of the theory of life cycle cost, particular summarize and analyse the research on on developed and developing country;3,Apply the theory of life cycle cost on the construction projects, estimate the life cycle cost of construction projects. Through analyse and compare with the estimate model of life cycle cost, found the estimate model that being improved,and investigate the apply method of it.4,Using the manage ideology of life cycle cost as coach,then use the AHP_ Grey Relational Analysis Method, choose the best project. Establish the estimate index system,and handle AHP compositor the right of index,and apply Grey Relational Analysis Method to analyse,compositor it, vote in the best project.
