Based on the reality,the thesis prososed the core concept of CSR based on technology innovation combining literature research.It aims to explore the impact mechanism between the CSR based on technology innovation including the CSR based on product innovation and the CSR based on process innovation and the competitive advantage of enterprises.The thesis takes the method of literature research to understand the theoretical frontiers including corporate social responsibility,enterprise innovation and legitimacy and then has deep analysis on two enterprises called Sanlu co.,LTD in Hebei Province and Nandu Power co.,LTD in Zhejiang Province in order to form the research hypothesis.It will determine the measurements of CSR based on technology innovation,legitimacy,visibility of CSR behavior and competitive advantage and then select 100 listed companies from 20 industries as sample to collecting data information.Then analyzing the collected data information by AMOS and SPSS data analysis software to prove the research hypothesis and form the final conclusion.The results shows that CSR based on technology innovation has a positive influence on legitimacy: CSR based on process innovation has a positive influence on moral legitimacy;CSR based on process innovation has a positive influence on practical legitimacy;CSR based on product innovation has a positive influence on moral legitimacy;CSR based on product innovation has a positive influence on practical legitimacy.Legitimacy has a positive influence on competitive advantage and it has complete mediation effect in the process of CSR based on technology innovation affecting competitive advantage.Visibility of CSR behavior has positive adjustment effect in the process of CSR based on process innovation affecting legitimacy.Enterprises are faced with double pressure of taking corporate social responsibility and market competition,so they should carry out technical innovation actively in order to realize the win-win results between enterprises and society.The government may provide convenient conditions for enterprise innovation and encourage enterprises to take social responsibility through technical innovation.It will promote the virtuous circle for enterprises to take social responsibility and it is helpful to reduce the cost of government regulation.
