Research On The Relationship Among Technological Innovation,Corporate Social Responsibility And Competitive Advantage In Western Resource-Based Enterprises

With the rapid development of technology,the impact of technological innovation on the resource-based enterprises in the west is getting bigger and bigger,and the competition among the resource-based enterprises in the western regions is also aggravating day by day.The western resource-based enterprises are seeking long-term benefits for acquiring and maintaining competitive advantages,and making efforts for continued development and efforts,In recent years,with the emergence of a series of enterprise unethical behavior,the social public's attention to corporate social responsibility has been continuously raised,and the public has also responded positively to the enterprise's unethical behavior.Especially for resource-based enterprises.With the depletion of natural resources,enterprises have to reflect on the impact of their production and business activities on the public and the environment.What kind of impact will enterprises produce when they assume social responsibility will not only arouse the thinking of scholars at the same time.This needs to clarify the relationship between technological innovation,corporate social responsibility and competitive advantage in the western resource-based enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to hope that by studying the relationship between the three factors,we can help enterprises to improve their allocation of technological innovation in limited resources and enhance their capability of independent innovation so as to enhance their own competitiveness and gain their unique competitive advantages,The role of corporate social responsibility in the process of the impact of technological innovation on competitive advantage in order to enable enterprises to create more economic profits,and ultimately make the enterprise aware of the importance of green governance and promote the good development and rapid growth of enterprises.Based on the review and summary of relevant theoretical documents at home and abroad on technological superiority,corporate social responsibility and competitive advantage,this dissertation divides the technical superiority,corporate social responsibility and competitive advantage into three dimensions,and establishes the corporate social responsibility to enterprise technological innovation and competition The theoretical model of the influence of the relationship between the advantages.On the basis of this,taking the western resource-based enterprises as the research object,using the methods of questionnaire survey and SPSS 21.0 to conduct empirical research,the paper mainly analyzes the impact of technological innovation on the two dimensions of financial superiority and market superiority under competitive advantage,Each of the three dimensions of monetary capital,social responsibility and social capital responsibility under the social responsibility plays a regulatory role on the two dimensions of financial superiority and market superiority under the conditions of technological innovation and competitive advantage.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)From the perspective of technological innovation,we explore the mechanism of technological innovation to the two dimensionality of competitive advantage about financial advantage and market advantage.Through the research results,it is found that technological innovation has a significant positive impact on financial superiority,and technological innovation has a significant positive impact on market superiority.(2)Through regression analysis,it explores some aspects of corporate social responsibility and its three dimensions of monetary capital responsibility,human capital responsibility and social capital responsibility play a part of regulatory effect on the relationship between technological innovation and two dimensions of competitive advantage.Through the research findings: The responsibility of monetary capital,human capital and social capital plays the significant regulative effect in the relationship between technological innovation and financial superiority.The responsibility of human capital and the responsibility of social capital have played the significant regulative effect in the relationship between technological innovation and market superiority,but the responsibility of human capital in the relationship between technological innovation and market advantage of the positive adjustment is not significant.And according to the conclusion,it puts forward the enlightenment of intensifying technological innovation and taking the management innovation of green governance.
