Informatization is the trend of the development of the world today.To promote the construction of agricultural information system in China,it is necessary to promote the main line of agricultural supply side reform,improve the agricultural information service system,improve the level of rural information service effectively,let the masses of farmers have more sense of gain in obtaining agricultural information,and help the poor in precision.It provides strong guarantee for increasing the income of the masses.In recent years,Sanmenxia has played an important role in promoting agricultural efficiency,increasing farmers’ income and developing rural economy in terms of agricultural information infrastructure construction,information resources development and utilization,information service,organization and team construction.However,the comprehensive utilization of the carrier of agricultural information service in Sanmenxia is not enough,the service mode is not excellent,the function of the platform is insufficient,and the contradiction between the supply of information and the demand is still outstanding.How to build an agricultural information service model suitable for Sanmenxia’s agricultural characteristics and development needs to effectively promote the high quality development of the city’s agriculture has become a major issue to be studied in front of us.This paper first puts forward the background and significance of agricultural information research in Sanmenxia,introduces the concept of agricultural information service,based on the theory of information asymmetry and social capital,and combines the research results at home and abroad,and adopts the methods of literature research,comparative study(SWOT analysis method),investigation and research,and so on,and so on,Sanmenxia The current situation of agricultural information service in the city is analyzed.On this basis,through the questionnaire survey,the government leading role in the process of agricultural information service in Sanmenxia is not given full play;the information platform release and information demand supply lag,the lack of agricultural information personnel and the unimpeded information transmission channels are not smooth,and the government is the leading,the market integration and the base of the Sanmenxia.The framework of agricultural information service is involved in the four aspects of the government leading role,optimizing the construction of information platform resources,strengthening the construction of information talent team and realizing the effective and efficient supply of information resources.It puts forward the optimization suggestions.It can not improve the level of agricultural information service in Sanmenxia and let the farmers.The masses have new expectations and gains in the convenient and efficient access to agricultural information.
