Research On "1+N" Mode Of Agricultural Science And Technology Information Service

With the continuous development of China’s agricultural information, modern information technology is penetrating into the field of agriculture. Agricultural science and technology has also become an important means to achieve the modernization of agricultural information. Currently, along with the deepening of the impact of agricultural science and technology promotion and application to the agricultural development, rural areas and farmers are more urgent to agricultural science and technology information. the research of timely transmission of agricultural science and technology information required by the farmers in a more convenient way to farmers, and providing comprehensive scientific and technological information services for agricultural production-sale processing and the transformation has important practical significance.In the process of the development of information services for domestic and international agricultural science and technology, agricultural science and technology information systems and patterns adapted to different geographical are emerging out. This paper first described the development and current situation of the domestic and international agricultural science and technology service systems and patterns, summarized on the advantages and disadvantages of each mode. This provides a basis for the next mode research.Secondly, this paper analyzed the domestic agricultural science and technology information service elements (they are information service principal, object, content, means and tactics) and their relationships from the point of the demand of the development in Jiangsu. Then we proposed a new mode of Agricultural science and technology information service which adapted to the needs of the development of modern agriculture——"1+N" mode based on the Yinong online, and described the objectives, functions, operation mechanism, management, and architecture of the "1+N" mode. Thirdly, in order to understand the forthputting and needs situation of Jiangsu’s farmers for agricultural science and technology information service, this paper carried out a questionnaire and interviews visits to167farmers and16agricultural cooperatives administrators from15agricultural cooperatives in6cities which including Dongtai, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Nantong, Nanjing, Jurong of Jiangsu, And then statisticsed and analysised the survey data.Finally, this paper analyzes the implementation background, the steps and the effectiveness of Yinong online which is a case of the "1+N" mode. On the base of empirical data of Yinong online platform running and the data results of the questionnaire and interview, this paper amended the elements and the specific architectures module of agricultural science and technology information service "1+N" mode which improved the "1+N" mode and its practical platform. Then this paper makes recommendations for the development of modern agricultural science and technology information service in Jiangsu, Specifically, the proposals included three aspects:government support, training support, platform support.
