| Our country's energy consumption structure which is priority to coal has caused serious environmental problems.The long-lasting haze weather becomes one of the most concern for our society.Our government is speeding up the pace of the natural gas market reformation.The urban gas is developing rapidly as an important part of natural gas.The natural gas utilizationin different citieshave different situations.So it is of practical significance to have a comprehensive evaluation research of each city's natural gas utilization.This paper firstly summarizes the basic characteristics of urban gas industry and analyze the current situation of natural gas utilization.Then establish the evaluation index system of the urban natural gas utilization based on the main influence factor of the urban natural gas utilization.The index system including the city's economic development,urban natural gas resources,urban gas infrastructure,social safety and low carbon environmental protection thesefive first class indicators and otherseventeen second classindicators.Besides,build comprehensive evaluation based on principal component analysis and entropy method.What's more,do the empirical analysis of 32 major cities in China and make a comprehensive evaluation of urban natural gas utilization based on the two methods and make a comparation of this two methods.Finally make related suggestions for better utilization of urban gas according to the evaluation results. |
