TH Oilfield Downhole Operation Project Quality Management And Optimization Research

In the process of oilfield development,downhole operation is an important mean of oilfield production,and operation of quality management work for oilfield development has played a very important role.Most of today’s downhole operation of quality management system is to follow the ISO9001 standards of manufacturing industry,in the process of execution,it often appears that system requirements and field management are not in conformity with the situation,and for the variability and complexity of oilfield downhole operation environment,which determines the difficulty of the downhole operation project quality management is bigger than the general manufacturing enterprises.This paper studies the main content of project quality management and the whole building process,according to the characteristics of the TH oilfield site management,using the method,it is easy to operate and perform established by the contractor management as the main body of the contractor quality management quantitative examination system,it will be directly contacted with the contractor project settlement performance and quality,which has obtained the good effect in the pilot at the grass-roots level,building a project quality management system and sustainable improvement for the oilfield downhole operation project quality management and provide optimization suggestions.
