Research On The Centralized Procurement Management Of The X Group Company

With the economic restructuring in China, catering industry, as the largest one of attracting employment, which has increased the value of the traditional service industry, its development momentum is very rapid. Catering service industry's huge market demand, strengthen the competition among the major food and beverage groups, enterprises hope to strengthen the procurement management to reduce costs, improve efficiency and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the status quo of purchasing management of X group, this paper summarizes the theory of modern purchasing and supplier management. Under the guidance of the dialectical thinking of the unity of opposites, the use of empirical and normative analysis, qualitative and case analysis, SWOT analysis and other methods, for X Group centralized purchasing management in the situation of the organization, management processes, procurement strategy and supplier management problems still keep on. In further analysis, we find the operation system is not perfect, the supplier management system is not scientific, the risk prevention consciousness is not comprehensive and so on. And the use of system theory and integrated method, for the procurement management from the organizational model, specification management processes, procurement strategy and supplier management system aspects designed to concentrate the company's procurement management optimization scheme. Through the information flow, logistics sharing to remove the obstacles in the group's internal resources sharing, through the optimization of the organizational structure, procurement process, procurement strategy and supplier to achieve the efficient allocation of the internal and external resources of enterprises, and improve the efficiency of the organization. In the end, it points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the system, and establish the implementation of the security mechanism, in order to ensure the implementation of the program can effectively.In this paper, we choose the group such as X catering enterprises as example, we find that centralized procurement management issues research is quite representative and practical.
