With fast-growing in telecommunication industry,high-quality projects are key to companies,therefore there is a higher requirement to quality control in the industry.The quality control consists of a wide range of research field,including different specialised fields.This article aims to apply the theory to analysis problems that have encountered during projects,coming up with solutions based on previous experience.Levelling up the quality of projects are key to achieve economic success.First of all,the article provides an overview of quality control and its relevant background,taken HUBEI oil field into consideration.Carrier network was used as an example,comparison was made between quality procedure and standard procedure,providing the analysis of causality.Next,using HUBEI oil field as an example and summarising previous experience.Applying standards,including TQM,ISO9000 and PDCA,coming up with best solutions regarding each step of the process,ensuring the analysis of feasibility.Drawing up quality assurance measures in project feasibility analysis phase;to strengthen the quality management of reconnaissance and design to secure the quality of design in quality assurance survey and design phase,to strengthen material quality control in the preparatory stage,to make quality assurance and deepen institutional innovation in construction phase,optimizing management processes,to ensure continuous quality improvement in Completion and acceptance stage.The article provides feasible solutions for companies from telecommunication industry,in the meantime,casual method were applied in the industry,providing an example for other company from telecommunication industry to utilize.
