Quality Control In Mobile Communications System BTS Engineering Projects

Nowadays, the quality becomes the focus of the international community, becoming an outstanding problem that modern industry society and economic development in all countries must be face. Whether flourishing nation or still a developing country, all focus the product and the service quantities more and more, and all adopt various valid measure to raise the quality actively.The quality management is a importance part of the enterprise management, the level of it reflect the whole management level of the enterprise directly. The function of strengthen and improve the quality management of the business enterprise become more and more obvious, for raising the business enterprise product and the service quantities, then strengthen the competition ability of the business enterprise, promote the overall development of the business enterprise. However, currently the foundation that our country business enterprise's quality manage still worse, compare with the flourishing nation even a part of developing countries, still existing lot of obvious margins. Therefore, studying the present condition of the enterprise's quality management, find out the source of the problem, according to the actual of enterprise, then establishment the countermeasure of quality management, perfect business enterprise management system certainly have realistic and farsighted meaning.In the paper ,qualitative and quantitative, theoretical and practical, combination of research methods, studied the theory of project quality management, including quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, expounded the importance and necessity of telecommunications operators involved in the Project quality management. Against the main issue of China Mobile company's BTS Project quality management, the thinking of Project quality management should be changed from "cheek" to "prevention" and "control" and provided a solution of project quality control, and practiced in BMCC phase 2007 and phase 2008 BTS construction projects, and achieved good results.
