In the modern economic society,talent resources are regarded as the first resources,while talent superiority is the most crucial part of the resources superiority possessed by an enterprise.In an era where economy is driven by knowledge,so the most crucial and fundamental competitions between enterprises is the talents competition.The petroleum enterprises are the backbones of national economy,they are also the important basis of socialist economic system.Through the innovations of these years,the state-owned enterprises gradually adapt to the demands of the development of socialist market economies,their competitiveness has been greatly improved,and they have made remarkable achievements.However,one thing can't be denied is that being compared with the transnational enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises,the petroleum enterprises are in an obvious disadvantage among the talents competitions.Especially with the diversification of the economic sectors and economic interest,people's value orientation has been changed a lot,which has brought some impact on the stability of the talent team of petroleum enterprises,plus that the released policy doesn't take the specific physical factors into considerations,these together make many talents to leave their existing unites one after another for pursing new employment opportunities.The problems of brain drain has caused very serious and negative influence on petroleum enterprises,and severely weakened their competitiveness.To solve the problems of brain drain in petroleum enterprises is the key factor for promoting the innovations and development of petroleum enterprises.Through analyzing some kinds of models of brain drain which currently are relatively popular and making questionnaires on the employees of a drilling company of Bohai drilling of the past five years,who are voluntarily to leave their office,this paper summarizes the reasons that caused the serious brain drain in a China's petroleum drilling company of Bohai drilling,and comes up with the corresponding solutions according to these reasons.Through analysis of this paper,it obtains the following conclusions:there has many reasons which caused the brain drain in the state-owned petroleum drilling enterprises,they are allround,so need to be solved from several aspects.The human resource management system of state-owned petroleum enterprises is still not perfect,leaders' cognition degree on human resource management is also not enough;to strengthen the training and guidance on employees can also effectively prevent the brain drain from occurrence.This paper through the analysis on the current situations,causes and countermeasures of the brain drain in a China's petroleum drilling company of Bohai drilling,with the hope to provide evidences for finding out the factors that influence the brain drain of petroleum enterprises,and make some practical guiding significance on the policies formulated by the human resources managers of petroleum enterprises for choosing and employing people.
