In recent years,China's auto industry has entered a high-speed growth and development period.The production and sales of automobile have ranked the global leading level but the sales growth of auto market gradually slowed down.Currently,the idea of car consumption gradually shifts from the basic needs to rationality and maturity.Thanks to high growth of automobile industry for several years,manufactures also maintained high amount of production and sales as well.By the impact of macroeconomic policies from the national "13th five-year supply-side structural reform" which is to solve the excess production problems,and fierce competition between brands native and abroad,domestic auto companies was in condition of knockout racing.It's a intractable issue and challenges to be solved for enterprises that how to develop a product which can meet the requirements including low cost,good return,high performance,great quality and reliability as well as market recognition gaining and meeting diverse needs of customers.In the new vehicle model developing phase,it is an important research task and continuing explore direction for current auto enterprises that how to create new products with outstanding feature and release the updated model quickly generation by generation.This thesis was based on experience of vehicle industry and referring to theory of project scope management and target budget research materials,also referring to corporation B's current conditions on project developing and budget management,worked out a candidate solutions for issues in the PM and project process,built up a project management process which suitable for corporation B.Aiming at the practical problems of company B,which includes the weak competitiveness of current products and the low market acceptance,through the scientific analysis and research to the elements which from work group structure to work execution process policies.By the project benefit analysis and project scope management at the beginning,determined the car modeling,functional configuration,performance reliability,technical plans and so on.And ultimately obtain the best product efficiency and product competitiveness to maintain sustainable development of enterprises.This thesis mainly starts from elements which affect project costs,calculation and assessment of project costs will influenced by those elements directly.By using of mentality and method of project scope management and target pre-cost,determine the requirement scopes/ project coast and project benefits in details through product analysis.This thesis mainly focuses on the project pre-cost plan area,and elements of material cost is the relative studying object of target cost.Combined actual work experience of myself,providing a reference basis and recommendations for material cost planning and decomposition of new modeling development,emphasizing and updating the pre-cost planning which rely on specific organizations and processes to improve and implement,which in the end to play a greater performance and enhance product efficiency.
