A Research On The Influence Of Knowledge Search On Breakthrough Innovation Performance

In the era of knowledge economy,it is increasingly difficult for companies to rely on their own resources to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.The success of a company's breakthrough innovation requires the integration of internal and external resources of the company,usually accompanied by knowledge search.The impact of knowledge search on breakthrough innovation performance has become a hot topic of research.Existing research shows that knowledge search can help improve corporate performance and innovation performance,but the impact on breakthrough innovation performance is not yet clear.The influencing factors of breakthrough innovation performance are mainly concentrated in the alliance,network,resources,and capital levels,and lack of knowledge search perspective.This article analyzes the breakthrough innovation performance of enterprises based on the perspective of knowledge search,divides knowledge search into search breadth and search depth,and uses literature analysis and measurement visualization analysis to identify two variables: absorptive capacity and environmental uncertainty.Then the paper uses these two variables to bridge the gap between knowledge search and breakthrough innovation performance.The three sub-problems of this study are derived,namely the impact of knowledge search on breakthrough innovation performance,the mediating role of absorptive capacity and the regulation of environmental uncertainty.In response to the above research issues,four major variables,namely breakthrough innovation,knowledge search,absorptive capacity and environmental uncertainty,have been read and combed.The relationship between variables has been analyzed and the research hypothesis and research model have been proposed.Then the paper uses the questionnaire survey method to collect data,refers to the existing mature scale,combines the situation of experts and field research,constantly modifies and improves the questionnaire,and then selects enterprises of strategic emerging industries as a sample for questionnaire survey.Finally,SPSS software and Amos software were used to process and analyze the questionnaires.The conclusions and research suggestions were obtained.The research results of this paper show that the breadth and depth of knowledge search can effectively promote the improvement of breakthrough innovationperformance.Absorptive capacity plays an important mediating role in the breadth and depth of knowledge search enhancing the enterprise's breakthrough innovation performance.Environmental uncertainty plays a negative regulatory role in the process of knowledge search to enhance corporate breakthrough innovation performance.Through the research of this paper,the knowledge search theory and breakthrough innovation management theory are enriched,which provides useful suggestions for improving the enterprise's breakthrough innovation performance.At the same time,it indicates the direction for further research.
