The Application Of Lean Management In Tobacco Enterprise Management

Recent years,in face of fierce international competition,extensive internal management,saturated market and proliferated tobacco control,State Tobacco Monopoly Administration strive to improve management efficiency by putting forward internal enterprise reform,with an introduction of advanced concepts and experience.Wenzhou Tobacco Group,as a municipal company of tobacco commercial enterprises,attempt to introduce the concept and method of lean management,on the basis of The Six Management,in hoping of a more comprehensive lean management system,internal management intensification,as well as management efficiency improvement and problem solving.On the basis of a review of the theory and application of lean management at home and abroad,as well as a deepen analysis of the existing problems,the paper looks at the management of Wenzhou Tobacco Group.The author aims at analyzing the design and construction of the system which mainly contains “tobacco monopoly,lean marketing,lean logistics,lean finance audit,basic lean management”.And lastly,the paper discusses how to build the lean management system with its content,and provides possible suggestions on how to guarantee the operation of the system.This paper argues that the essence of lean management is to improve efficiency by reducing the cost,i.e.,the process of maximizing value by minimizing cost.Secondly,lean management needs to be introduced through cigarette marketing,monopoly management,logistics and distribution,financial audit,basic management,and utilize management tools and techniques to build management system.Lastly,strong leadership,fully participation,excellent personnel are essential to the construction of Wenzhou Tobacco Group's lean management.At the mean time,intensive training,sound system,innovation will contribute to a long term efficiency in lean management.
